Woodlands Pilates Studio is the official Host Site for Instructor Training through the Pilates Academy International and RedcordUS®
These agencies are dedicated to providing well-rounded, competent and confident instructors in the Pilates and Suspension based training method.
All courses taught at Woodlands Pilates are internationally renowned, going beyond just the correography of movement to incorporate applied anatomy, biomechanical principles and physics, which lay the foundation to teach in the Pilates Method, or Suspension/Functional Exercise. This prestigeous training prepares you to work with all populations, post-rehabiliation, special populations, and sports-specific. All the courses can be taken individually or comprehensively.
